Rebecca is a South African artist whose focus is on oil painting, specifically from life.
She spent time training at the Florence academy whose training is rigorous in it’s technicality, focusing on the sight size method students work directly from life in the limited Zorn palette with a strong focus on figurative works.
She is most drawn to nature.Painting flowers, landscapes and the human form trying to create a sense of atmosphere in her work.
